After a decade in education as both a high school teacher and a middle school principal, Jodi transitioned into ministry, stepping into the role of Kids Director.
Over the past 19 years, she has served in churches ranging from 500 to 2,000 attendees, including multisite environments. Jodi is skilled at navigating complex church dynamics and is known for her creative approach to problem-solving. Her passions include building teams from the ground up, developing volunteer and staff leadership structures, creating sustainable ministry systems, and helping parents become disciples in their homes.
Jodi currently serves as the Church Engagement Pastor at Autumn Ridge Church, where she provides leadership to the care, marriage, recovery, prayer, and grief ministries.
Outside of ministry, Jodi enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, and being with her family.
