After a 15-year career as a firefighter, Rob discovered his passion for leading preteens, middle schoolers, and high schoolers in ministry.
He loves helping students develop a genuine relationship with Jesus and has served in many areas of ministry, where he has become especially gifted at building and leading teams.
Rob has written curriculum for multiple organizations and was also part of the FourFiveSix Team. He is passionate about developing young leaders in next-generation ministry. He is an exceptional listener and brings a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to the challenges of ministry.
Currently, Rob serves as the Family Ministry Pastor at Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester, MN, where he helps families to grow spiritually together. He leads a team that runs the kids and students ministry, overseeing birth through high school.
Outside of ministry, Rob enjoys spending downtime with his wife, Jodi, riding bikes together and relaxing on the back porch by a fire.
