Aleshia lives in Celina, Texas with her husband Martin and their four children who are all very active in church and extracurricular activities. She has a passion for equipping ministers to improve their own leadership capacity while navigating through uncertainty and change. She believes all ministry leaders have the opportunity to creatively grow in knowledge, skill, and purpose.
After spending 10 years in education as a high school teacher and middle school principal, Jodi found herself called into ministry as a Kids Director. In the past 15 years, Jodi has served in churches from 500 to 2000 attenders including multisite churches. Building teams from the ground up, developing leadership structures (volunteer and staff), developing systems and partnering with parents are passions for Jodi. When not serving alongside her husband at Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester, MN, Jodi enjoys being outdoors, bike riding, and spending time with her family.
Derek has spent the last 20 years as a children/student/Next Gen Pastor. He has served in churches that had very small ministries and has grown them and their leadership teams. He enjoys investing in others and helping them grow in their relationship with God and others. He is now the Senior Pastor of Cedar Valley Baptist Church. Outside of serving the church he enjoys spending time with his family and sports.
Bill Van Kirk is a Pastor in Green Bay, WI, serving on the Teaching Team and leading Communications/Digital Media at a multisite church. With a Bachelor's in Ministry from Moody Bible Institute and over 14 years in ministry, he is a Licensed Pastor with the Evangelical Free Church of America. Bill excels in leadership development, team management, and integrating technology in ministry. His achievements include launching a new church location and driving technological innovation. He aims to help other leaders grow and succeed in ministry. Outside of work, Bill enjoys family, podcasting, technology, photography, videography, and coffee.
Strategic leadership has marked Kristi’s vocational path from a large church Children’s Ministry, to seminary and church planting, followed by a return to local church leadership. Helping leaders navigate complex organizations is her sweet spot. She takes a special delight when leaders discover ways to go around obstacles in their path. Currently, Kristi serves as Minister to Preschool in a large church in the Atlanta area. Whenever possible, she joins her husband and son in fly fishing adventures around the world. Kristi holds a PhD from Southern Seminary.
As a career Firefighter, almost 15 years ago, Rob discovered his passion and love for walking alongside preteens, middle schoolers, and high school students as they develop their relationship with Jesus. After medically retiring from firefighting, Rob jumped into serving in all areas of ministry. God allowed him to lead and build teams and ministries with his wife, Jodi. Doing this also led to him writing curriculum for multiple companies and being part of the FourFiveSix.com team. When on staff at his church, he was able to build upon what was already been done. This led to his passion for family ministry and leading young leaders in next-generation ministry. Rob is the Family Ministry Pastor at Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester, MN. Rob loves spending downtime with his wife Jodi by riding their bikes and sometimes just sitting and relaxing on the back porch by a fire.
